Questions
Will my link ever stop working?
No. Created links live forever, including on the free plan. If you stop paying, redirects keep working — only extended analytics becomes unavailable.
Where is the data stored?
All clicks are processed and stored on servers in Russia. We never store visitor IP addresses: the address is truncated to a subnet and hashed with a daily salt that is then destroyed.
How are unique clicks counted?
By an anonymised fingerprint combined with the subnet, within 24 hours. Known bots and messenger preview crawlers are split into a separate metric so they do not inflate your numbers.
Can I migrate links from another service?
Yes, via CSV import. Short slugs are preserved if you bring your own domain along.
Is there an API?
Yes, a REST API and webhooks. 60 requests per hour on the free plan, 6,000 on Pro and above.
