Billing questions
What happens to my links if I stop paying?
All created links keep working — redirects never stop. Only extended analytics and creating links beyond the free plan limit become unavailable.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of payment we refund in full, no questions asked. After that — pro rata for the unused period.
How do I cancel?
Two clicks in the Billing section of your dashboard. No need to contact support. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
Do you provide accounting documents?
On Business and above, invoices, acts and contracts are generated automatically in the dashboard.
What if I exceed the click limit?
Redirects keep working — we never switch them off. Only analytics collection stops beyond the limit. You can buy a click pack or upgrade the plan.
